Terms and Conditions
- Upon confirmation of a booking for a Mx3 event, sponsorship, exhibiting, branding or speaking, 50% of the agreed fee is payable and your booking is not confirmed until this is clear funds.
- The remaining 50% is payable 12 weeks prior to the event.
- In the instance that the booking is made less than 12 weeks prior to the event, 100% is payable upon confirmation.
Cancellation Policy
- If you cancel the booking more than 16 weeks prior to the event, you will receive a full refund of any monies paid, minus £150 administration fee.
- If you cancel the event within 16 weeks no refund is payable and 100% of the invoice is due.
DELEGATES:
Terms and Conditions
- 100% of the delegate fee is due at the time of booking or invoicing and your delegate place is not guaranteed until funds are cleared.
- In the instance where an application process is necessary payment, will only be expected and processed once your place has been confirmed by Mx3.
Cancellation Policy
- If you cancel your delegate registration more than 16 weeks before the event, you will receive a full refund or can defer your ticket to another Mx3 event.
- If you cancel your registration 6 and up to16 weeks before the event, you are able to defer your booking to another Mx3 event or get a 50 per cent refund.
- If you cancel your booking less than 6 weeks before the event, you can defer your ticket to another Mx3 event. No refund is payable.
