Terms and Conditions

1. Upon confirmation of a booking for a Mx3 event, sponsorship, exhibiting, branding or speaking, 50% of the agreed fee is payable and your booking is not confirmed until this is clear funds.
2. The remaining 50% is payable 12 weeks prior to the event.
3. In the instance that the booking is made less than 12 weeks prior to the event, 100% is payable upon confirmation.

Cancellation Policy

1. If you cancel the booking more than 16 weeks prior to the event, you will receive a full refund of any monies paid, minus £150 administration fee.
2. If you cancel the event within 16 weeks no refund is payable and 100% of the invoice is due.

DELEGATES: 

Terms and Conditions

1. 100% of the delegate fee is due at the time of booking or invoicing and your delegate place is not guaranteed until funds are cleared.
2. In the instance where an application process is necessary payment, will only be expected and processed once your place has been confirmed by Mx3.

Cancellation Policy

1. If you cancel your delegate registration more than 16 weeks before the event, you will receive a full refund or can defer your ticket to another Mx3 event.
2. If you cancel your registration 6 and up to16 weeks before the event, you are able to defer your booking to another Mx3 event or get a 50 per cent refund.
3. If you cancel your booking less than 6 weeks before the event, you can defer your ticket to another Mx3 event. No refund is payable.
